Our ground floor flats are self-contained and semi-furnished comprising of a fitted kitchen with a cooker and fridge, lounge area with seating, bedroom/s with fitted wardrobes and a shower room.
All prospective tenants must be in full time, permanent employment and over the age of 21. Children and pets are not permitted on the park. Moor Farm Park provides a private and safe place to live, offering onsite parking with barriers at both the entrance and exit as well as CCTV coverage.
Please note, tenants are responsible for their own electric, gas and council tax. The council tax band is provided for guidance only, we advise you to check with the local authority to confirm. Killarney Homes do not accept any liability for any omission or errors.
Moor Farm Park is located on the outskirts of Calverton in Nottinghamshire. The village offers local amenities such as a supermarket, leisure centre, golf course, pubs, newsagent and post office. Being situated close to major transport routes Moor Farm is the ideal place for those having to travel further afield. Alternatively, local transport links enable residents to travel directly into Nottingham, Grantham and London.
Application & Fees
A fee of £50.00 shall be charged to hold a property for 15 days whilst referencing checks take place. We will require a reference from your employer confirming that you are in full time, permanent employment. This must be provided on company letterheaded paper and authorised by a senior member of staff. A character reference must also be provided by someone who is able to give an impartial opinion of your character. This could be a colleague, doctor or previous landlord, but not a member of your family. Once we have this information, we shall carry out the appropriate credit and right to rent checks.

Once your application has been accepted and the necessary checks have been carried out, we will contact you to inform you if you have been successful in your application for a property. We will then arrange an appointment with you to sign the required paperwork and agreement, at which stage the following fees will be payable:
